0. Who you are contracting with

Molo is operated by Handful Labs, a sole proprietorship of Kaustubh Khandelwal, registered at 17-B, New Colony, Gumanpura, Kota, Rajasthan 324007, India, GSTIN 08CVRPK6564P1ZF. These Terms are an agreement between you and that business.

1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older, or use the app with a parent's consent.

2. The service

Molo lets you type notes and uses artificial intelligence to organize them: it splits them into notes, gives them titles and summaries, files them into folders, and suggests tasks and reminders. Molo is currently free.

3. AI output

Organized notes, tasks, dates and reminders are produced automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important, especially dates and times. Your original text is always kept with each note. Do not rely on Molo for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical reminders.

4. Your content

You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, including sending it to our AI provider to organize it. Do not use Molo to store unlawful content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the app, use automated access, or try to overload or bypass the service's limits.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Reminders fire from your phone and depend on its notification and alarm settings. We may change or discontinue features with notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed reminders.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: kaustubh.khandelwal4@gmail.com.
