Delete your Molo account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Two ways:

1. From the app (instant)

1. Open Molo and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account → Delete.

2. By email

Write to kaustubh.khandelwal4@gmail.com with the mobile number you signed up with. We verify ownership with a one-time code to that number and delete within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (mobile number, name, language) and login sessions.
• All your notes, the text you typed, folders, tasks and reminders.
• Your push-notification token. Reminder alarms on your phone are cancelled when you log out or delete.

What we keep

Nothing linked to you. Aggregate counts (for example, how many notes were created on a day) contain no personal data. Server backups roll over within 14 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
